WAMITAB AwardsWAMITAB awards are Waste Management Training for all levels from operative to management. WamCal Ltd is the Caledonian Regional Centre and is the leading training provider in Scotland. WamCal have trained candidates from all the major waste management companies and most Local Authorities as well as a very large number of small Wastes Management businesses. Level 4 awards are management level and level 3 awards are supervisory level. Both levels of qualifications are modular based. Each type of waste management facility, be it treatment, transfer, incineration or civic amenity or composting, has a qualification in either hazardous or non-hazardous wastes. Certifcate of Competence (COC)
Award flexibility is ensured by the use of Mandatory and Optional Units. The Optional Units are selected to suit the individual job functions of each employee. The centre has extensive experience in composting & recycling and provides the new composting & recycling qualifications. For all awards Candidates will be provided with a portfolio blank individually tailored and prepared for their particular award. |
